Regigigas double battle plan?

I got this idea from another person who was at a Darkrai event, so I thought maybe I should try it. It only works in double battles.

You have Regigigas and a pokemon with skill swap. You make your faster pokemon (The one with Skill Swap) use the move on the Regigigas. Does that mean everything involving the Slow Start is removed from Regigigas and put on the other pokemon?

If so, that would mean getting rid of Regigigas's (pretty much) only weakness, right? If yes, ideas for a good moveset? Smogon only give ones to stall out all the Slow Start turns or a Special moveset.
I looked at Serebii and I thought of this moveset:

Earthquake
Stone Edge
Ice Punch
Zen Headbutt

Earthquake for Steels, Rocks. Stone Edge for Flying, Bug types. Ice Punch for Dragons, Ground types and Zen Headbutt for any fighting types that plan to counter Regigigas.

Is this a good set, or should I change something about it? IMO, it looks like it has a good type coverage, but maybe I'm missing something...

By the way, DON'T EVEN MENTION A SPECIAL MOVE ON THIS SET! Just because of it's status stuff.... I'd rather do hundreds of damage with a physical attack than do just a little over 50 damage for some paralysis.

mixed Gigas would still be a good idea, because if they try to pull out a physical wall on you, like hippowdon, regigigas isn't hurting it, no matter what it knows, and hippo's just gonna laugh at you.

I would just Ice Punch it... Looking at Walls on Smogon, I've noticed they rarely have an offensive attack to do anything... Even if they do, their EVs are always into their defenses. Regigigas's massive attack along with a super effective attack IMO would defeat the "Hippo" quicker than it would outlast Regigigas. IMO anyway...

Oh, and it would be better if it had an Expert Belt equipped. I prefer them over Choice items so that it's not a sitting duck if the enemy brings out something that resists the attack.

it's still not doing anything.
420 HP and 360-somedefense, you're using a 75 BP move that's supereffective, you're STILL not gonna do more than half,and hippo can roar, it can set up stealth rock, it can toxic, it can do all sorts of things to mess you up

Just a reminder, we're talking about double battles here. I'd have Regigigas with probably a Drifblim, since it has high HP and can learn Skill Swap.

well then you get luck enough to freeze it, but you can't base a match on luck.
