exactly.. mudquaza's tier just living proof meta-game is going to get destroyed. i'll give in my ideas for the tier later

also people suggesting Deoxys-S to OU is crazy. thing is it is an offensive team killer. it outspeeds Gyarados after DD even if it's Jolly. It also stops speed boosters dead cold and is the most deadliest late game sweeper. and no it's not easy to take down, its actually pretty bulky.. it's not that it's easy to beat, it's just broken as a whole and the only reason it should be in OU is because Garchomp was in ou. so if you ever decide to bring up deoxys-s into discussion chompy has to be in OU :o

I completely agree with Bodmon bcuz as he said, Deoxys - S can actually tear whole teams and strategies apart just because of what kind of poke it is and its stats. It is somewhat bulky and can take a few hits but by then it will probably have setup to sweep. No other OU poke I know of can do that properly and take hits...maybe I'm wrong I dunno...
