FC's ((official)) ((updatable)) tier list for DPPt

So with the release of pokemon Platinum, and Move tutors, as well as forms of pokemon we've never seen before coming into play, I feel it is necessary to put up a Tier list that will be updated as needed, for FC's use, since it seems that many of us here don't always agree with that the MLG sites have to say about anything. Please note that this will be used mainly for competitive battling, and that not everyone has to follow this, jsut state the rules of pokemon you will alow/dissallow in the battle.
Now what I did is looked at each pokemon's stats and movepools, as well as typage, and ability boost, and judged what tier It should be in with the current metagame, and, like I said, this IS going to change. I also took some advice from Smogon, Marriland, Serebii, and a few other places to help me get my facts straight, but it is fairly accurate, and hasn't changed a lot from typical lists, it's just had some raising/lowering of pokemon from certain tiers into others.
In time, I WILL be constructing an NU list, for for now, all those pokemon are placed in the UU category.
Here I have posted not only the pokemon in each individual tier, but their abilities, base stats as well, in the order of:

Do you think you could do this, below each tier add a "NEW: so and so was added, so and so was removed" so it's easier to spot changes? It's not really necessary, but it'd be a cool little add on.

I've actually been thinking about doing that, ESPECIALLY for when I make the NU list, it'll take a pretty good chunk out of UU, and I'll add in all the NFE forms of things into a tier if I ever get bored enough.

I disagree with deoxys-s being uber. It should be OU. One of the few functions of deoxys-s is a revenge killer. It isn't able to take hits well and in the UBER environment it just doesn't stack up. Asides from his great speed deoxys-s really isnt anything special.

Other than that I really like the list. Sticky for sure.

For the record, it's pretty much just like Smogon's...and Marriland's tier list is just one of Smogon's old ones that never got updated.
