Well uu's require a bit of stategy to make them work

OUs just cause Milotic 'n Dragonite fall there. And Froslass prolly does, too, but I'm too lazy to check.

And on that note, I have no idea what Pokemon are in the other tiers cause it's too complicated to keep track of, although I'm tempted to try others out for kicks and to use Masquerain. :3
