I've noticed the complaint threads have started about unfair traders/gamers. We don't want a mass of threads accusing people, so if you make any, expect them to be magically removed by our moderators.

Therefore, I've made this thread. If you've had any bad experiences with certain members, please post here and not make your own thread. However, this thread will be highly moderated, and if flaming occurs, posts will be deleted and members will be warned about their attitude.

If you feel you have been unfairly accused, please contact a moderator.

Keep in mind that unfair trading is a serious offense. We're all here to have fun and trade fairly. If we see you're continually being accused, we may contact you with a warning.

And try to battle fairly; a battle with 6 hacked lvl 100 untouchable legendaries is not exactly an exciting battle. It's a waste of time.

For easier reference, staff has created 3 categories of unfair gamers.

When him and I arranged our trade, our agreement was a Shiny Kricketot pokemon for his Giratina. We exchanged friend codes, etc. and both went into the trade. Being 'strictly business', I immediately select my pokemon I'm trading and wait for him to choose his. I ended up waiting near 10 minutes just for his cursor to start moving. Once it does, I immediately read "The trade has been canceled." I go and try to trade again, and receive the same message. This occured around twenty times, until he highlighted Giratina and selected it for trade. I choose mine, and immediately, he cancels the trade again. After this a few times, he goes and selects a Palkia sitting in his party, and tries to offer to trade that. After a few more of these, he finally selects the Giratina as previously dicussed. Trading with him overall was a complete frustration, and far from worth even bothering.

On Sunday I faced him in a double battle. The battle was going fine till he had only two pokemon left. He pulled out a Darkrai and Arceus that were both shiny and had 999 health (which I didn't know till I read a thread about some1 else facing him) I had 4 of my Pokemon left when he took them out and when I battled the two hacked event pokemon I got pwned by both of his pokemon. I say this guy is a battler who loves to win and never loose. That is just sick. You can loose sometimes. I deleted him off my list and I'm not the only one he has used those pokemon in battle. He's been using it against other members here as well. Though, I wonder if he's part of other sites and doesn't know of his two hacked 999 HP event pokemon??? He is some1 who never likes to loose. I loose sometimes and i don't use hacked pokemon. I fight like a true trainer and use pokemon with their own stats on their lvls

idd like to add on to this, he made a hub room and it was tiled "can you beat me" as soon as i joined, i said " arnt u that kid mariomitch dont like?" i got kicked

Excalibur7878: Banned me from FWC because of "Hacking" when he/she had shiny arceus, darkrai, jirachi, mew, etc in battle.

Bradinator: Bans and gets all mad if he loses :\ also a big DC'er to avoid loses.

CTownzT (Thrakman/Trakman). He uses hacked pokemon, all of his pokemon have 31 IV and 255 in ALL EV. Not that it's a problem, the guy kinda sucks and disconnects (turns of his ds) whenever he's about to lose... which is quite often.

How do I know this? We used to be friends.

(He'll probably say something like I use hacked pokemon next, because I actually did buy an action replay. I don't used hacked pokemon in wifi battles. I'll even let you see my team before we battle if needed. you can check it's IV/EV out yourself.)

Aside from this, he's a pretty cool person.

i was fighting koji ( i think thats his name) but his team were full of ledgendarys and i was winning and when he got to his last one he disconnected but the worst part was that i won a coupe of matches before him and when he disconnected my game didnt save it

I'd like to report David120. We agreed on a trade where I would breed him four Pokemon in return he'd trade me two TM's I wanted along with two legendaries (forgot which). I got the Pokemon breeded after an hour or so and he has failed to respond to any of my messages, and he is online now and has not responded to a single message of mine. Sigh. -_-

I'd like to report Nooblet, He's using a hacked pokemon DarkRai in his battles. When I told him I would not battle him if he uses darkrai he said he wouldn't and guess what, he did! here is my proof

my response ----Well the most I can do is level 50, and I won't battle you if you use darkrai or any uber legendaries, the only legendaries i'd allow are uxie, azelf, mesprit, latios or latias.
