is there any good move for empoleon that hits pokes around it or somfin like that?
nothing like set damage (vaccum cut) or hits every1 including team (earthquake)

Wide Slash is a good choice; in fact, I believe it is the only good one for Empoleon since its other choice is Earthquake. Additionally, there is also Cut.
