The only thing I want to ask is why did you put more EV's into Porygon2's HP? You can take about 60 points from every other EV stat and pump them into Porygon2's Sp. atk, and change T-Bolt to Charge Beam. After a single use, you'll have a combined version of Porygon2 and PorygonZ.

I am currently testing to see if he can take hits better with more HP and Defense EVs.

I will consider taking out EV's out of Sp.Def and adding it to Sp.Atk like you said though.

Keep the SubCune. I have one, and it's an awesome Poke. I personally have Surf and Ice Beam, but those are preference.
