ok so yeah this is my team so far i need some help figuring out who else i should put in here who i need as a lead and what to do with my jolteon =D please help :):);)

Fairly decent Salamence. Change Stone Edge to Fire Fang though, it'll hit Steel types harder (since you're not going to want to stay in on an Ice-type anyway).

Lose Aerial Ace for either Pursuit or Ice Shard, and go with either Life Orb, Choice Band, or Choice Scarf. You're not going to want to stay in on a Fighting type; they're either too bulky for Weavile to OHKO, or they have Mach Punch/Vacuum Wave which will OHKO Weavile. Weavile's attack types won't let it hit too many other types for SE damage anyway, so powering up your attacks or speed is the better option (Choice Band for Physical attack boost with no recoil but move lock, Scarf so that Weavile outruns non-scarfers, or Life Orb for no lock but with recoil). Life Orb's the better option; Weavile isn't going to last too long anyway since it's defenses are so fragile and Fighting happens to be a common type in terms of attacks.

Lose Charge Beam, use HP Ice, and then use either Shadow Ball or Fake Tears. Shadow Ball if you want an attack, or Fake Tears to combo with T-Wave to either force a switch, letting you hit hard, or build up SR damage if you end up using one in your team.

Have a Fire-type in there, along with either a Psychic or Ghost, and then finally a Water or Grass type. That's it for basic typing, but use others if you want. It's really up to you as to what team you want; there are a lot of different strategies to use and incorporate into your team.

the problem with the hp ice is that my jolteon has hp fire >< i dunno why but it does so that's why i was using charge beam instead as for water type im thinking suicune for having bulky defense and ice moves fire im thinking mixape? as for grass i got no clue ghost i think im gonna use gengar

Reraise an Eevee to have HP Ice then. Or use a different Electric type altogether. Roserade and Exeggutor are good Grass types, but Exeggutor isn't as diverse as Roserade (limited movepool compared to Roserade's).

Oh, I was so STUPID! Of COURSE Fire Blast hits harder than Fire Fang even after a DD with all the EV's being in Attack and Speed and NONE IN SPECIAL ATTACK! [/sarcasm]

Fire Blast would be great on Special-Salamences, that have EVs put into Special Attack. Not only that, but it's a freakin' Adamant nature. If you're going to sit there and spout out that Fire Blast is ALWAYS better than Fire Fang, then just go away. Yes, base power wise, Fire Blast is way better than Fire Fang, tons better, but factor in the actual stats and Fire Fang does more damage. I'd only put Fire Blast on Salamence if: it's nature wasn't -Sp. attack, it had EVs into Sp. attack, and Draco Meteor is NOT on it. 405 attack vs 202 Sp. attack. It's literally over twice as much, and after a Dragon Dance, it hits at 607, making it over 3 times as much. NOW tell me and prove to me that Fire Blast deals more damage than Fire Fang. Here's a hint: It's impossible! There's just too much power running through it's Attack stat for Fire Blast to compensate with the low number of 202.

That and a good bit of Sp. Attack EVs. Granted it gets a better boost, I'd at least have enough EVs for it's Sp. Attack to hit anywhere between 250-300 Sp. attack, and then let Fire Blast be on there over Fire Fang (it's more of a ball park figure, anything in between could probably give Fire Fang a run for it's money since it's attack goes from 405 to 369, letting Fire Blast deal more damage than Fire Fang before a Dragon Dance; after one, maybe still, but not by a whole lot since it's attack becomes 553).
