Item:Petaya berry
Modest nature
Evs: 28 HP / 12 Def / 252 SpA / 216 Spe

Ok what this "beast" does is come in on something weak to it. Agility, which brings hime to more than 400 speed. Then activate petaya. :) This things can do some serious damage to teams. Its goes through teams with ease.- Thanks Articuno88 for the idea.

Machamp

Get rid of Roar. Roar is used later in the turn and it isn't going to help at all since Jolteon is fragile. Why not run Shadow Ball over it, or Wish or maybe even Baton Pass? Run a Timid nature as well; Wise Glasses or Life Orb can help make up for the loss of Sp. Attack to help it run faster.

Suicune
Bold nature
Evs:252 def|252 Hp
Moveset:Clam Mind|Hidden power|Roar|Surf
What hidden power are you running?

Scizor
Item:Choice band
Adamant nature
Ability: Technician
Evs: 252 attack| 252 speed| 6 hp
Moveset: Pursuit|Brick break|Bullet punch| U-turn
Go with Life Orb; it's too versatile that when you have that many different types of moves, being limited to only one doesn't help it at all.

Empoleon
Item:Petaya berry
Modest nature
Evs: 28 HP / 12 Def / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
Moveset: Agility| Substitue| Surf| Grass Knot
You're info's wrong. At most, you're speed will hit 358, something that isn't that great. Yeah, you'll outrun a surprising amount of foes, but what if they stat up their speed somehow? 358 is just 12 points higher than Infernape, so the moment it gets an Agility Passed to it, it will outrun Empoleon. That's just a base 108 speed Pokemon though, and there's a very tiny gap, so the actual threats (like Jolteon) will easily outrun it. Granted it hits hard, you have to Sub, Agility twice, and then just keep using Sub until Petaya and Torrent activate. 529 combined with a move that has 213 Base Power running behind it is a very good and powerful attack, you're also going to have to fear Vacuum Wave or Mach Punch from anything.
Someone posted a great Blastoise set that may actually work with Empoleon as well. First, take all those Speed EVs and dump them into Defense and HP. Second, run an Adamant nature. Third, use Swords Dance over Agility, Aqua Jet over Surf, Liechi Berry over Petaya, and then either Agility over Grass Knot or Drill Peck over Grass Knot. Last, switch the Sp. Attack EVs and put them into Attack. The strategy is to use Sub, then Swords Dance once or twice, then Agility three times. You want just a bit of extra speed since 500 lets it outrun possible Mach Punches or Vacuum Waves with Aqua Jet. Swords Dance once increases your attack from 298 to 596, and then to 894 with a second SD. Since you're stating up so much, you'll probably be taking damage, which will help Liechi Berry activate (assuming that you live through the attacks of course). Once it does, your attack goes from 598 to 745 or from 894 to a giant 1043. Coupled with Torrent's activation, Aqua Jet shoots up from 40 to 90, letting you sweep with 500 Speed (dead minimum after 3 Agility's, but you can opt to go for a 252/252 set and get to around 500 much more quickly), out running any possible threat of Mach Punch or Vacuum Wave with Aqua Jet. If you go with Drill Peck over Grass Knot, then you'll be able to hit many different types, but at the cost of being vulnerable to Mach Punch in the very end (though, you also get to go to Aqua Jet-spamming much more quickly)

Machamp
Item:Leftovers.
Adamant nature
Ability: No guard
Evs: 252 attack 252 hp 6 def.
Moveset: Dynamic punch| Ice punch| Rest | Sleep Talk.
Pretty good Machamp. One thing that sucks about any Machamp is the insanely limited move-pool.

Dusknoir
Item:Leftovers
Sssy nature
Evs: 252 sp defence| 252 def| 6 hp
You lack the actual attacks. Dusknoir is also going to need more HP, so since you have a Physical Wall already in the form of Suicune, run Dusknoir as a Special Wall and switch the Def and HP EVs.

It's not a bad team, but it's also not a very solid one. Granted you have very few shared weakness, it also doesn't seem like it's a team, more like 6 random Pokemon put together to fight. I'm not seeing a theme or any kind of optional combo that you can do, like Baton Pass a Sub or something. It's odd, but I just don't like it.

have to agree with magic mario
its a great team set up.
u have balanced your weaknesses well which is good
but overall my favourite is machamp
rest and sleeptalk next to the always accurate dynamic punch??
now why didn i think of that??
also dynamic punch and ice punch together are strong against more than half types
even though your machamp more than likely wont need to be super effective with that attack.
i think only a shuckle can survive??
LOL

Wrong, it will hit 400+ speed with agility. Don't forget it goes up 2 stages, not 1.
Also, I'll rate the team:
Change the lead to something else or change the nature, as it gets outsped by most leads the are faster.. aero for one is going to outspeed it..
Change the nature to timid, and change roar to shadow ball because it isn't bulky enough to take a hit before roaring away an opponent.
Luv the banded scizor it is helpful.
My all-time favorite Empoleon set from smogon, it is so fun to use and it has the ability to sweep an entire team when used properly and when the berry is activated..
Wow @ Dusknoir, invest some EV's into that pokemon, that pokemon is not gonna survive with 6 ev's
I suggest re-eving it with 252 HP, because it lacks Hit points.
Overall you cover your weakness pretty well, and that banded scizor pretty much covers some of your main threats like DD T-tar.
8/10

It's not running a speed boosting nature, nor is it packed with enough EVs to go past 200 speed. Agility goes up 2 stages, which effectively multiples it by 2. Anything under 200 will not go to 400 when doubled. It has 54 points being put into it, not enough to hit 200. It needs TWO Agilitys in order to go past the 400 mark. Unless it has enough IVs to make it JUST hit 200, then it won't go past 400.

The speed is 179 with 216 Speed EV's
With +1 speed it goes up 1.5x with +2 it goes up 1.5 + 1.5
So 179 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 402 speed
Yes it goes over 402 speed and giving it enuff time to outspeed 90 base speed neutral such as Lucario, which is helpful..

That's not how it works. Agility increases the Speed an entire 2 stages, and the table increases .5 per level (1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and finally 4). That means that the number it lands on without any other boosts, is 2, meaning at that point the speed is doubled. Besides, it's the IV's that matter now, and if there's at least 21 IVs in Speed, Empoleon will hit the 200 mark. That's what I didn't take into account before, and that's what's screwing up the numbers.

Thanks, it does x2. I always thought it was 1.5 + 1.5 :/
My mistake.

No prob. Now the question remains is how many Speed IVs Empoleon has. The magic number is 21, which shouldn't be too bad, so odds are it actually does go up to 400+ (I doubt by much though, I'd say up to 420 if 31 IVs are in it's Speed)
