A rather interesting and unique set for Lucario that I thought of. As many of you know, the one problem Lucario has is it's Base 90 speed, and because of it, is easily outran by many of it's threats, while needing some kind of boost to it's speed in order to really dominate the competition. However, it has one thing going for it- the number of speed priority moves it can learn.

Since I was kicked off while typing this, I'm going to summarize what I had before I was logged off: nothing can resist this combo. Ghosts are hit by Steel, Steel is hit by Fighting, and so on and so forth. Blissey and Skarmory have a tough time dealing with this set because they'll see Vacuum Wave/Bullet Punch, and then switch to whoever blocks it best and then gets a surprise attack by being hit by the other type. Vacuum Wave and Bullet Punch are STAB'd, making them much better, and Extreme Speed is good for neutral hits and hitting harder thanks to it's base Speed. The last move really depends on either the team or your preference. Swords Dance if you have a Sub/Passer so that Lucario can increase it's attacks, Me First if you know there's a Choice Band attack and you kill-switch to Lucario, and Protect as pretty much just filler (the last move itself is just a filler one though, so it doesn't really matter which one you choose, the strategy is the same).
