Well...he doesn't learn Ice Beam, which sucks, but the set you have is good. A lot of people prefer Substitute over Wish in order to avoid paralysis and harmful status (as well as a faster Earthquake, as with Dugtrio or, potentially, Gliscor), but Wish is great if it's made for the late game when Blissey's out of the picture. That's actually a pretty standard set, but regardless, it works well.
