There's over 200 UU pokemon are are way too many opinions to just say who's good and who's not good.
In UU.. choose ones you like since there not all killer vicious but don't go choosing luvdisc and stuff.
I'd say that smeargle is best used as a support pokemon.
A status move like spore, set up, baton pass.
Anyway an RMT thread is probly better but u need a basis.. what type of team do u want? Anyone u really want to use??
It's easier for people to help you.

Okay I would get rid of magmorter(maybe raikou) and put in a stealth rocker or a simple lead pokemon. I like suicide froslass from smogon that thing works wonders for me on shoddy. You seem to really like the Special attackers:D

Just my advice you will get better advice though

earthquake

politoed has some handy stats and a wide movepool and is a good poke for the UU just trade a poliwhirl holding kings rock and then get your friend to trade back

Not 100% sure
but was it you who had the politoad in the OU team in an RMT??
It was late last year and everyone would say get rid of politoad.. and u would say i love politoad.. i don't wanna take it out
