Here's an idea: If you own all of these pokemon then go to the Lake Valor Resturant. Do a double battle so it's like this:

Smeargle VS ???

Darkrai VS ???

Make Darkrai use Dark Void on the two pokemon then make Smeargle use Sketch on Darkrai. If Smeargle is slower than Darkrai, you will have a Smeargle with Dark Void. Same with Giratina (But be lucky and make sure Smeargle is 70 with Carbos on it). When he disappears first turn, switch, then Shadow Force won't hurt you. After that, use Sketch before it can make another move. There's Shadow Force Smeargle.

But my idea for UU is the TRU Shaymin. Maybe Registeel wall.

It does require a large amount of intelligence, skill and strategy.
How do u know about how much friends people really have??
In reality, many people here would or at least some could have more friends than you and could be far more mature ("grow[ed] up") than you.
