I need help with last move for zapdos. My zapdos has hidden power fire thats why i dont use hp. I have roar because my team lacks a phazer and is usaly unexpected by zapdos and i was thinking signal beam 2 give me an extra edge on latias and celebi.

For scizor i use 252 speed ev's because of this. 1. i see 252hp ev's as most scizors have as a waste. scizor with max hp is 2ohko'd by any poke that deals decent damage. the same thing is true for scizor with no hp ev's tho it will be in red hp instead of yellow and i take adavantage of my oponents because scizor with speed ev's is less comonly used.
I like 2 use nightslash in stead of the usal pursuit because my prediction skills arnt all that good and with nightslash it can ohko dusknoir after a s rock damage and dnoir can wall my team pretty well.

I like 2 use latias on this team because he covers almost all of my type weakness and is a good wall/tank idk wat'd u call it. AND for a bonus its 1 of the few sp attackers that can take out a blissey in a stall war since 6 calm mind dpulse 2ohko's blissey
