Make sure you post up EV's. Any time someone says "take a rough stab at it", that just shows they're being lazy about it.

For starters, get rid of Metronome on Empoleon, and put it in the back, and let someone else set up SR. Empoleon is a decent Special Sweeper, but you could replace it with Starmie.

Secondly, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, make your team on paper. This is just irksome. You do not, do NOT put up a team that you have made previously because there will be a flaw in there that will cause it to be nearly worthless. Relaxed on Togekiss reduces it's speed for it's defense, and you're not running a defensive set for it to be worth it. Get rid of Toxic as well for something else. Throw Grass Knot on instead.

Rampardos can go. There's no point in having it since it can be taken down. If you had an Agility passer, then Rampardos could be useful, but it's too slow to do anything. It's powerful, but a well placed hit kills it.

Change Gliscor's ability to Hyper Cutter and go for either Adamant or Jolly (probably Jolly), the rest of the moves are fairly decent.

Change Altaria to Salamence and use Earthquake, Dragon Dance, Fire Blast, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Hydro Pump, or Draco Meteor. It's able to handle quite a few roles, and literally everything Altaria does, Salamence does better without a single doubt. You also can't use moves that affect accuracy/evasion, and having a set up move like Fly is a BAD idea; it allows the opponent to switch and set up, or set up right there. Not to mention that set gets owned by Steels.

As for Weavile, make it a Revenge Killer, it is it's best role, then a physical sweeper. Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Pursuit, Night Slash, and Brick Break are the five moves you'll want to use most. Crush Claw seems decent, and it does reduce defense, so it might be worth it. Make sure it's also Jolly. Weavile is a Pokemon that if it's not running at full-speed, it will die.

Another note, make sure the items your using increase the attack of more than one type. Nevermelt Ice, Mystic Water, Dragon Fang, do NOT use them. Make sure that they also don't take too long to activate, like Metronome. Berrys like the anti-type and stat-ups are fine, and other good items are the Choice, Life Orb, and Expert Belt.

One question. Would a Togekiss with a modest nature help? Also who should replace rampardos?

Don't quote the entire paragraph if you're only going to highlight one bit. Togekiss could probably make due with a Timid nature if you feel that you can't get a T-Wave off, but Modest is good.

As for replacing Rampardos it depends on what the rest of your team is like. If you put Salamence, Rhyperior, and Breloom on your team, you certainly wouldn't want something else weak to Ice. Likewise with a lot of other members. Breloom could work out well, but that leaves you three weak to Ice with Altaria/Salamence and Gliscor, but Lucario or Infernape could probably help fix that.

Depends on what else is going to be in your team. Mixape is a somewhat better choice due to it's versatility, but Breloom can be a good Lead thanks to a variety of attacks it has.
