Pursuit pwns payback when it comes to T-tars. Also, Swampert should be your lead, because when you're a lead, you deal with infernapes, lucarios and stuff.
2nd: Swampert (Landslide)
Timid Nature, Quick to flee.
Hp 322 atk 232 def 230 sp atk 228 sp def 228 speed 196
Surf, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Hammer Arm.
Mystic Water held.
Ice punch, Earthquake, stone edge, waterfall. I think that's a good moveset.
3rd: Charizard (Demonwing)
Mild Nature, Mischevious.
Hp 317 atk 197 def 174 sp atk 309 sp def 230 speed 259
Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Dragon Pulse, Air Slash.
Wide Lens held.
Flamethrower > fire blast.
4th: Umbreon (Midnight)
Sassy Nature, Strongly Defiant
Hp 315 atk 144 def 289 sp atk 141 sp def 379 speed 136
Rest, Payback, Screech, Curse.
Chesto Berry held.
Screech? Not good. Dark Pulse over payback.
5th: Gengar (Shadowseek)
Timid Nature, Thouroughly Cunning.
Hp 244 atk 134 def 128 sp atk 350 sp def 155 speed 335
Phychic, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Destiny Bond
Focus Sash held.
6th: Breloom (Loomer)
Jolly Nature, Likes to Run.
Hp 255 atk 289 def 207 sp atk 116 sp def 161 speed 256
Spore, Drain Punch, Substitute, Leech Seed.
Focus Sash Held.
Heheh. Loomer.
Thanks.

There you go. Not great synergy in this team to be honest.

SUGGESTIONS IN BOLD
1st: Tyranitar (Anastasia)
Sassy nature, often dozes off.
Hp 366, atk 318 Def 263 sp atk 228 sp def 254 speed 164
Outrage, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Payback.
Lum Berry Held.
if ur leading with tyranitar ur better of with choice band set or this smogon lead set:
Lead Tar @Lum Berry / Focus Sash Sassy / Careful
Moveset
~ Taunt / Substitute
~ Counter / Thunder
~ Fire Punch
~ Crunch
EVs
240 HP / 36 Atk / 48 Def / 184 SpD
2nd: Swampert (Landslide)
relaxed/ impish Nature, Quick to flee.
Hp 322 atk 232 def 230 sp atk 228 sp def 228 speed 196
Surf, ice beam, Earthquake, stealth rock
leftovers held.
those attacks with relaxed nature and with impish nature go with waterfall over surf and roar over ice beam.
3rd: Charizard (Demonwing)
modest Nature, Mischevious.
Hp 317 atk 197 def 174 sp atk 309 sp def 230 speed 259
overheat, Focus Blast, Dragon Pulse, Air Slash.
choice specs held.
charizard doesnt like sandstorm much but if u want to use it, then this specs set would work best for u.
4th: Umbreon (Midnight)
Sassy Nature, Strongly Defiant
Hp 315 atk 144 def 289 sp atk 141 sp def 379 speed 136
protect, Payback, wish, Curse.
leftovers held.
umbreons healing works a lot better with wish+protect. with wish it can also heal other party members
5th: Gengar (Shadowseek)
Timid Nature, Thouroughly Cunning.
Hp 244 atk 134 def 128 sp atk 350 sp def 155 speed 335
thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, focus blast, Destiny Bond/explosion
life orb held.
focus sash would be plain useless because of ur tyranitar -_- this set can hit strong and fast
6th: Breloom (Loomer)
Jolly Nature, Likes to Run.
Hp 255 atk 289 def 207 sp atk 116 sp def 161 speed 256
Spore, focus punch, Substitute, seed bomb.
toxic orb Held.
no wai for focus sash -_- sandstorm destroys it again. And also u break item clause for having 2 sashes in 1 team. this set works wonders if ur able to set it up.
You should probably remove tyranitar from the team. Its sandstorm hurts ur pokemons more than ur opponents. You also might need steel type as nowadays everyone is using dragons. Maybe replace tyranitar with jirachi or magnezone and use swampert as your lead?

It helps to follow the format used in the beginner's guide, particularly with the EV's.

Outrage, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Payback.
Lum Berry Held.
Lum Berry is useless, you're going to want something like Leftovers or Life Orb. Dragon Dance over Payback, and Adamant nature as well. Go with 252 Atk EV's no matter what spread you use. Put this in the back parts of the team as well, it isn't doing anything as a lead.
2nd: Swampert (Landslide)
Timid Nature, Quick to flee.
Hp 322 atk 232 def 230 sp atk 228 sp def 228 speed 196
Surf, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Hammer Arm.
Mystic Water held.
Hammer Arm isn't good, Timid lowers it's Atk stat for speed, Mystic Water is a horrible move to have, and Swampert in general is better off as a wall or lead.
3rd: Charizard (Demonwing)
Mild Nature, Mischevious.
Hp 317 atk 197 def 174 sp atk 309 sp def 230 speed 259
Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Dragon Pulse, Air Slash.
Wide Lens held.
Get rid of Charizard. There are better Fire types to choose from, like Infernape or Heatran.
4th: Umbreon (Midnight)
Sassy Nature, Strongly Defiant
Hp 315 atk 144 def 289 sp atk 141 sp def 379 speed 136
Rest, Payback, Screech, Curse.
Chesto Berry held.
If you want a good wall, make Swampert your physical wall and Bronzong as your Special wall. Umbreon isn't doing much here.
5th: Gengar (Shadowseek)
Timid Nature, Thouroughly Cunning.
Hp 244 atk 134 def 128 sp atk 350 sp def 155 speed 335
Phychic, Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Destiny Bond
Focus Sash held.
Destiny Bond, Sludge Bomb, and Psychic are useless on Gengar. Destiny Bond only works on the turn it's used, Sludge Bomb hits very few types hard, and Psychic just doesn't cover that much. Focus Blast/HP Fighting, Grass Knot, and T-Bolt are much better options, as well as HP Fire if you have Focus Blast. Life Orb or Choice Specs on Gengar are also better items. If you put Choice Scarf on Gengar, then you could probably run a Modest nature to boost the power. 252 EVs in Sp. atk and Speed are musts, no exceptions.
6th: Breloom (Loomer)
Jolly Nature, Likes to Run.
Hp 255 atk 289 def 207 sp atk 116 sp def 161 speed 256
Spore, Drain Punch, Substitute, Leech Seed.
Focus Sash Held.
Adamant, 252 Attack EVs, Spore, Swords Dance, Seed Bomb, and Focus Punch is a good set. Mach Punch is another good option, and with Toxic Orb and Poison Heal, Facade is another move to consider.

I can see what you mean, the only thing is after a few curses, umbreon can do massive damage with payback, and it moves last, doubling power. What should I get rather than screech though?
P.S: I will re-raise my swampert when I get the chance.

Yeah, so I'm removing T Tar for garchomp. Sand stream does NOT help my team at all (Except maybe skarmory) and it breaks my teams' 2 most important sweepers. But I'll miss T Tar
