Revenge killers allow you to prevent sweeps which is why I was suggesting that. Nothing really could wall a Latios once it gets a few Calm Minds in.

It needs to get the Calm Mind's up before sweeping. During that time it's vulnerable to be taken out. Just need to certify it won't have chance to set up, or the team is really done for.

I see a HUGE Garchomp weakness

Scarf Garchomp can rip through your team and I'm pretty sure Outrage 2KO's your Giritina with SR. So if they predict the switch, Giritina's out without a fight. The best thing you can do is replace Kyogre with Forretress or Metagross. Forretress can spin away Stealth Rocks that are a great hazard to your Ho-Oh and Metagross can take an Outrage and do some serious damage back.

Forretress is good, but it doesn't resist Ice Beams very well.
Metagross is better, as it can take Ice and Dragon attacks with relative ease and still payback with cold Steel and Ice Punches.
I'll think about Metagross =D
