It's a very solid team, I'll give you that. You have most of the biggest threats of the OU metagame well covered, and the synergy is decent.
However, Kingdra puts you in a bit of a tight spot. Especially if its on a Rain Dance team. In general, it is pretty difficult for it to come in safety, as most of your pokémon carry moves that will stop it in its tracks. Aerodactyl can Taunt it to prevent Rain Dance, Dragon Dance, or Substitute. And I don't really have to explain the others, as they make can make large dents in Kingdra's HP. To be honest, Kingdra can only come in on a Scizor Bullet Punch, or Rotom-H Overheat to set up safely by itself. But that doesn't rule out the possibility of something else setting up Rain Dance for it, such as a Lead Electrode. Anyways, after Kingdra comes in (with Rain Dance up), it threatens your entire team with those extremely powerful Surfs/Waterfalls. Every single pokémon takes heavy damage, and most are OHKO'ed. In order to remedy this, you should probably run a more defensive set on your Latias, as this helps against +1 LO DD Gyara Ice Fangs as well, as rare as they may be. You should still watch out for Outrage, as they'll probably carry it if they're mixed. But chances are that they'll use Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor instead of Outrage, as Outrage has nasty side effects.
As mentioned before, Swampert gives you considerable issues as well. One it has a Curse up, it'll be very hard to stop. Latias can damage it pretty badly with Draco Meteor (it takes ~70-80% I think), but you won't be able to do much to it if Latias is off the stage. Like Rookie said, you could implement a Rotom-C on your team, but sadly that will make you vulnerable to Scizor. HP Fire Latias isn't really an answer to SD Scizor as well, as it can still do serious damage with Bullet Punch. Of course, dropping Overheat on Rotom would mean you'd also sort of be weak to SD Lucario (as Aerodactyl will probably be dead by then). I guess the only way to remedy this and check these two steel beasts is by switching Dragonite with Gyarados or Salamence. But I'm not sure if you'd want to do that...
And as for the ScarfHeatran weakness, it's true enough. Your only reliable answer to ScarfTran is Latias, so if it comes in on Dragonite (once they figure out that you don't have Superpower), you'll have no place left to go, as switching Latias into a Dragon Pulse wouldn't be very beneficial to the team.
