well you guys do realise that R/B/Y are old version and not holding EV.
All you can pretty much do is write the pokemon's name, moves and position. That's about it.
You do realize that he could just mean using just Kanto Pokemon using this generation of games. Also, EVs were in Generation 1, there was just no 510 limit, all stats could be given 255 evs.
Your team is pretty good but teaching Gengar drain punch!
Gengar is high in the Sp. Attk. try another move like dream eater.
Plus another reason is that the Speed is good too so you put Hyponsis.
