I have lately seen a few team's which lack sprites or any picture in general. Although this aint essential, it would make the team look much better and easier to rate. I am sure half the people don't know how to do it or are just to lazy. So this is how to add a sprite to you're team.

1.Go to this site Main Page - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia

2.On the left you will see a search bar, type the Pokemon sprite you desire. For example if you wanted a Jolteon sprite, you would type Jolteon obviously.

3. You will see a menu titled "Contents", scroll down until you reach "5.8" which is titled Sprites.

4. You will now see several sprites of you're desired Pokemon, click the desired sprite once. It will now link you to a new menu which should look like this File:Spr 4h 135.png - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia.

5.Now drag the sprite to the link bar to the top of you're screen and the sprite should now appear like this...http://archives.bulbagarden.net/medi...Spr_4h_135.png

6.That's the link you want, if you want to add it to you're RMT just copy and paste the link in the "insert image" box which looks like this.....

There you have it, I suggest you use sprites instead of normal pictures as it makes the team more appealing to the eyes and using oversized pic's on a rmt is not a good idea to begin with :p
