    252 atk/252 speed/4 Hp
    regenerator
    ~fake out
    ~u-turn
    ~stone edge
    ~hi jump kick

Pretty standard mienshao lead, fake out to break sash and then attack or u-turn+regenerator works nicely. Also available for use as a late-game physical attacker.

    Whimsicott@leftovers
    Calm(+spDef, - atk)
    252 spDef/252 Hp/4 def
    Prankster
    ~cotton guard
    ~subsitute
    ~leech seed
    ~encore

Defensive annoyer. Can take special hits nicely and pranskter gives cotton guard priority and raises defense 3 stages. Set up substitute and cotton guard and leech seed to stall or use encore on setup moves or one of the many move types that i have immunities to including normal, fighting, water, ground, lightning.

    Jellicent w/ Leftovers
    Bold(+def,-atk)
    252def/252Hp/4spDef

    ~surf/scald
    ~will-o-wisp
    ~recover
    ~shadow ball/ice beam

Good physical wall and cripples physical attackers with will-o-wisp. Surf and shadow ball can put a dent in some threats and recover provides instant recovery.

    Cloyster@life orb/mental herb
    Adamant(+atk, - spAtk)
    252atk/252speed/4hp
    skill link
    ~shell smash
    ~icicle spear
    ~rock blast
    ~shell blade

Solid setup sweeper, after one shell smash it outspeeds most things without a scarf and hits really hard with skill link icicle spear and rock blast.

    Hydreigon@choice scarf
    Timid(+speed,-atk)
    252speed/252spAtk/4Hp
    levitate
    ~draco meteor
    ~fire blast
    ~surf/focus blast
    ~dark pulse/u-turn

Special revenge killer with a diverse movepool.

    Jolteon@life orb
    Timid(+speed,-atk)
    252speed/252spAtk/4Hp
    volt absorb
    ~thunderbolt
    ~shadow ball
    ~hp grass
    ~fake tears

Fast special attacker with decent coverage, and fake tears is a solid option to use on a predicted switch to lower opposing special defense .

Well if your wanting a Lead that can set up Stealth Rock, I'd probably use

    Aerodactyl@Focus Sash
    Nature: Jolly
    Ev's: 252 Att/ 252 Spe/ 6 Def/6 Hp
    Ability:Pressure/ Rock Head
    Moveset:
    Stealth Rock
    Taunt
    Stone Edge
    Earthquake

With max speed of 394 outspeeds pretty much everything in OU bar Ninjask, Accelgor, Deoxys-S and ties with Jolteon. So its guranteed to get its Stealth Rock up. Taunt is there if you suspect the opposing lead will try to set up Stealth Rock aswell, Focus Sash to ensure the Stealth Rocks are put up and Stone Edge for STAB and Earthquake because it has good synergy with Stone Edge. Possibly the best Stealth Rock lead in the game and can also come in later on if it's still alive to deal some fast damage

    Stealth Rock

4th gen infernape that has been taught and transfered

if you looking for 5th gen only

id say an anti-lead like ferrothorn can easily setup SR and do damage to most leads
    WHITE FC: 0561 6132 0053
    BLACK FC: 2838 0182 9023

Ferrothorn is a solid lead but it's getting a bit predictable now since it's the most used poke in OU at the moment. Aside from that, it only has two weaknesses and a bunch or resistances, can do spikes and SR and is also a great physical wall. Fire attacks just decimate it though and more and more people are putting fire attacks on leads just for it. It's an option but it won't be out of the blue or anything and it is on the slow end.
On another note your Whimsicott is taunt-bait so watch for that. Other than that I'm not sure what else to say about this here.
