green eggs and go HAM
RMT by - JerenosaurusRex
Intro:
I love the idea of shuffling and restalking. I wanted to post this rmt a few months ago but the thought sort of slipped my mind. Really nothing else to say here.
@ glance:
Skarmory (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SDef / 32 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
Pretty standard SpDef set here. The EVs given allows me to outspeed minimum speed Breloom, Scizor, and Metagross. Lum Berry grants me a free hit vs. Breloom and helps recover from Dynamic Punch's confusion and stuff. No Whirlwind here because it's not necessary. It doesn't work well with Lum Berry either, so whatever.
Machamp (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- DynamicPunch
- Bulk Up
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
I've tested this set for quite a while now. The only problem it has is the lack of sufficient PP in Dynamic Punch and inability to combat Ghost types. Thankfully though, Sleep Talk somewhat remedies the latter while T-tar helps with Ghosts not named Spiritomb. Overall, this set works pretty well when Sleep Talk decides to function properly. The EVs here makes it incredibly bulky. It tanks most non-boosted/non-stabbed special attacks respectively.
Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Pursuit
Machamp's bouncer. Whenever a Ghost type walks in and acts a fool, this guy shows them the door. Pretty standard stuff here. Earthquake over Superpower for Jirachi and other steel types.
Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Hydro Pump
- Trick
Standard Rotom-A set. I usually use Scarf over Specs to combat DD Gyarados and Physical Infernape.
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Calm Mind
- Wish
- Psychic
Standard WishCM Jirachi. Not much to say here. This gives me somewhat of a back up for non-EQ LO Gyarados and Wish keeps the non-recovery users healthy. (Jirachi is always good to have around.)
Suicune @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Roar
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Rest
Really fun set. This is definitely the most effective Suicune set I've used. After a few CM's, you can pretty much annoy the hell out of anyone with either Roar or Surf. Rest keeps it healthy, though very unreliable obviously. The EVs given lets it outspeed any other bulky Suicune or tank.
