    Starter Team

I know a starter based team isn't WiFi pwnage, but I figure I'd give it a shot, maybe even get some help in working on it. Now, when I say starter, I mean every starter Pokemon from Red/Blue/Yellow to Black/White. This does include Pikachu, even though I can't really think of a use for it (There may be one, I'm just not looking into it much). Regrettably, by fallowing the whole "No other Pokemon but starter Pokemon" rule with this team, I lose a number of very good combinations that starters have with other Pokemon. So bear with me on this one, as I understand that there'll be massive weaknesses to exploit in this team.

    Blaziken
    Life Orb
    Jolly Nature
Blaze Ability (Not going to try to find a DW Torchic with the right nature)
252 Atk, 252 Speed, and 6 HP EVs
    1. Blaze Kick 2. Stone Edge
    3. Hi Jump Kick 4. Swords Dance

    Torterra
    Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    Overgrow Ability
    252 Atk, 252 Speed, 6 Hp EVs
    1. Leech Seed 2. Wood Hammer
    3. Earthquake 4. Stone Edge

    Swampert
    Leftovers
    Relaxed Nature
    Torrent Ability
252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Sp Atk EVs
    1. Earthquake 2. Surf
    3. Stealth Rock 4. Roar

    Blastoise
    Leftovers
    Bold Nature
    Torrent Ability
252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Sp Def EVs
    1. Scald 2. Rapid Spin
    3. Roar 4. Toxic

    Venusaur
Leftovers (yes, over used, I know... need to think up something else)
    Calm Nature
Overgrow Ability (Seriously, never going to bother w/ DW abilities until they're breedable)
252 HP, 252 Sp Def, 6 Def EVs
    1. Giga Drain 2. Sludge Bomb
    3. Leech Seed 4. Sleep Powder

    Charizard
    Life Orb
    Timid Nature
    Blaze Ability
    1. Flamethrower 2. Dragon Pulse
    3. Air Slash 4. Hidden Power (Grnd)

Poorly put together, probably not the best team idea in the world, but it'd be great if it actually worked out. Comments and opinions, maybe suggestions, but this team isn't really meant for WiFi, even if it would be fun to use.

Idk, your Pokemon could be easily KOed with a strong water, ice, grass, and rock move. your opponent would have 4 pokemon to KO them and 2 for emergency. not the best team.

I wouldn't use Charizard, stealth rock ruins it >.>
Might work if you don't plan to play competitively or just want to show off to your friends, hehe.

I actually really wanted to use a raichu with a focus band. Switch in, take a hit, then use endevor. It's a great way to destroy a slower tank like reuniclus, or even walls like ferrothorn if you used endure.

    Re: Starter Team

If you're going to use starters as a team, it would be a good idea to use the strongest starters that can are strong. Blaziken isn't stronger than Emboar or Infernape, especially if you're not using its DW ability.

The starters are starters for a reason. If there are more available pokes, then they usually get chosen over. You can run a team around maybe 1 or 2 pokes, but it'll be difficult.

If you wanted to run a team around a gen 1-3 team, then why not go old school and do this:

Rapid Spinner/Special Attacker, Choice Specs/Expert Belt Starmie
    Eviolite Chansey/Blissey
    Forretress
    Drizzle Politoed
    Zapdos
    Swampert/Blastoise

This is an old school feel, but modern day with Drizzle Politoed. Drizzle makes Starmie and Zapdos great sweepers. You have 2 potential Stealth Rockers. One Special wall, one physical wall. This team is all gen 1-3, but very viable in this gen 5. It's not pure starters, but it has gen 1-3. You could even substitute Zapdos for Raichu with Choice Specs or even Light Ball Pikachu with Surf and Thunder and Agility and some other move.
