and there best stats to EV train in;

There are literally hundreds of combinations. Don't ask people to build a team for you. That ruins half the fun of competitive battling.
Plus there isn't such a thing as "A strong team", there may be a good strategy yes, but strategies can easily be broken .

Unfortunately, this is not a RMT and should be in the 5th Gen Forum.

Plus, making your team is more than half the fun in pokemon. If you want ideas, then give us a starting point. Nobody's going to build your team for you. But they'll be happy to help you once you have a starting point.

2) This doesn't even belong in the 5th gen forum, although if you HAVE to make a thread out of it, do it there. however, I find it best to do teambuilding in real time chat, so do one of two things: Open a hub asking for teambuilding help, which I would recommend, or talk to different people on the site who are good at pokemon and ask for their help
