Rate My Team? Team Vasto Lordes (Tips would be appreciated).

Hey guys! well...this is the first time i log in since 6-11-11...o-o so like... everything's new to me ): well...since i became bored...and the Hubs are under maintenance, i might as well make a quick forum!....i haven't battled ever since i stopped login in....well its not like I've ever won a battle....(accordingly to my nerdy...like....notes...o-o....I've lost a total of 22 battles and won 3.....-Fail much?-) *lolwut*....well, i just wanna see how epic the comments would be if i posted up my regular team. As for the comments of my failure i would really appreciate it if i got some tips ):
Ok! so a little bit of info on my battling style...
I mostly based my strategies on Double battles ( Triple & rotation battles in 5th gen.)
Its like....killing two birds with one stone. Power-ups to my point of view. I basically rely on ability or stat changes for support...but my Pokemon...( As some unanimous person said. ) are weak and poorly trained not to mention he added extra comments like..."disgrace"...in Pokemon training. Yeah...i was deeply offended that day. But...who cares....umm...I usually use Pokemon that are event-special or gen.-special...for example my XD001 and Zaprong came from pokemon XD. (They have special moves not normally learned in any other game.)....but nvm it's too much info. (But if you would like some info on my special combo's and tag teams please comment below saying so.)

This teams specialty would be tag team/ ability combinations.
Zaprong + Electivire both have motor drive (Ups speed if hit by electric type moves). Electivire's Quick claw would make him move faster (occasionally) but when so; i am able to quickly use discharge, raising Zaprong's Speed which would enable him to attack right after electivire. Backing it with any Physical move by Zaprong and his held item Muscle band (which increases the physical type moves strength)...would do some damage. (I haven't tested much of the theory due to my Pokemon being K'O too quickly.) Arcanine and Heatran are basically just like Zaprong and Electivire except fire wise. Lava plume & Magma storm both damage all opponents and teammates on the field and so does Heat wave, either move, would raise both each other's fire power. Charcoal powers up fire and Zoom lens on Arcanine would raise its chances on hitting a foe with iron tail.

People have told me my issue is just that i don't think of my Pokemon's weaknesses. It's true...although i try to counter with special learned moves, it's still not enough....Please help me out! ):

where are the evs? 2 electivires? also is this an ubers team as you have a lugia ready to go? just a couple final touches with evs and a description of what each pokemon does to help.

Good question, Well the only reason is cause i cant seem to find other Pokemon suitable for my Zaprong or a partner to be specific.
