You have four frail Pokemon- Archeops, Lilligant, Starmie and Jolteon. Archeops will be completely useless after taking any damage whatsoever, making it only decent as long as you can OHKO anything that comes out. Although this may seem easy due to the nice coverage with Stone Edge and Earthquake, however there are many teams that are prepared for this move combination. Also, Choice Scarfs and Priority moves are present on almost all teams, making Archeop's speed nothing special. To sum up what I am saying, Defeatist will easily get activated, making Archeops useless. Lilligant and Starmie will probably go down at the hand of one Pokemon if it runs the BoltBeam combo, hitting both Pokemon for super effective damage. Although Jolteon could switch into Thunderbolt, it is insanely frail, making a 2HKO by any neutral move common. As for Reuniclus, it runs a nice Calm Mind set, however I'd recommend dropping it for a standard three attacks plus Recover so as to hit more Pokemon for damage. If you set up turns of Calm Mind and then have a Ghost-type switch onto you, then you'll have to spam Psyshock until they die while they fire back with Shadow Ball for super effective damage. So, ditch Calm Mind set for a standard set with Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Psychic/Psyshock and Recover. Lastly, Arcanine is a bit useless in the sense that it can't kill most things, even if it has a nice move coverage because it doesn't have the punch to deal with most Defensive Pokemon nowadays. Also, Intimidate isn't a good ability for Arcanine since it can't abuse it well so I'd drop it for Heatran. Another point you should keep in mind is that you have three Pokemon weak to Bug-type attacks, which are common with Genesect and Technician Scizor, so you should keep that in mind when making changes.
