No it isnt.

I think espeon would be better off with wish instead of sunny day and morning sun. Also Garchomp would be better off with fire fang instead of flamethrower because of it's high attack. Scizor would do better with brick break rather than iron head because there are plenty of types weak to fighting. (Just something I would add).

Well... wish takes too long to restore and morning sun+sunny day restores 100% hp as well as there are some types weak to iron head as well and fire fang doesn't have 100 accuracy my ev distribution with garchomp will be: atk/252 spd/129 satk/129 i won't be so bad but its a good option (yet i prefer flamethrower)

protect is based on guessing and fails if used consecutively and no one noted the hail+blizzard strategy in milotic?(blizzard accuracy becomes 100 in hailstorm)
