The only one I am definitely keeping is Torterra as for the rest I don’t know what to keep any help would be useful. I am open to any suggestions and before anyone says anything torterras move set is legit it just takes time and thought to get those 2 egg moves together |
I have never critiqued a team, so take my advice with a dash of salt
From the looks of your team, you have four pokemon with x4 weaknesses, and little defensive oriented pokemon to switch to absorb the damage (Salamance and Torterra changing to Empoleon is the real switch, and Tyranitar to Salamance for fighting).
On the individual pokemon themselves
Empoleon is primarily a defensive pokemon, so the calm nature is smart. The problem is his moveset is to offense oriented. I feel Empoleon is best used for support with stealth rock, and as a special wall. Empoleon has good special attack so keep Ice beam and Surf for good coverage, but I would say trade Flash Cannon for Stealth Rock, especially if Empoleon is your lead.
Scizor is a pokemon I have mixed feelings for, I like Scyther a lot more, but Scizor is a tankier version of scyther, but loses 40 speed base stat for 20 attack and defense. I think your scizor has a problem, it only takes advantage of technician with double hit, a move I dislike. I think you should remove double hit for agility and night slash for brick break. The reason for this is that X-scissor covers psychics and darks while night slash covers psychics and ghosts, half your moves only cover 3 different types. Scizor is bulky enough to get an agility in, and proceed to sweep with moves that take advantage of STAB and cover 8 types with super effectivity. Not to mention STAB Iron head, 130 base attack, agility (minimum speed would be over 360 with Jolly and good IVs), and 30% flinch rate is rather attractive

.
Kangaskahn has the wrong ability. Early bird doesn't help it as much as Scrappy would, especially when you have no way to hit Gengar who resides in the Overused tier. I would say scrap the Kahn. If you want to keep it, put Sucker punch over fake out. Possibly Hammer arm over Brick Break.
Tyranitar and Salamence look fine, but like the one poster said, if you keep T-Tar, it doesn't mesh with Salamence. You should go with a garchomp to take advantage of Sandstream + Sand Veil.
Torterra is keepable, but I would say make it learn leech seed over seed bomb. Trade Body Slam for Wood Hammer.
Again, this is my first critique, hope it helps
