Very good...but you could get a attack like Thunder or spark instead of Roar at jolteon

hmmm, post evs and natures, and maybe their roles, then maybe i can help. Also, here are some early remarks, but more detail can come if natures and evs are posted:
for me, the BEST jolteon set:
Jolteon@???
Timid/modest, 252 sp atk 252 spe 6 hp
Bolt
HP Ice
Shadow Ball/Substitute/agility
Baton pass

Umbreons a tank dude

Porygon-Z needs either bolt or beam, or both

Salamence does not need protect. Its a sweeper

Metagross doesnt really need iron defense, with its massive defense already

Kingdra doesnt need brine. Hydro pump or surf is fine. It doesnt really need protect too.

Learn ur tactics, ev training, and proper movesets

Jolteon was terrible, and had no point.
Umbreon was terrible as well, and wasn't a tank... >.>
Porygon-Z wasn't too bad, but regardless.
Salamence had no purpose, but idk if he can learn Brick Break. Try it.
Metagross doesn't need Iron Defense, Agility pwns it.
Kingdra... Idk, I fixed up a gimmick moveset.
