Alakzam-Starter-Focus Sash Counter-Alakazam is one of the worst starters in this game. If they have set up pokemon, Alakazam is screwed, and if they have a special attack starter you're even more dead. CS Alakazam can scare and wreak much more havoc than this Alakazam

Gallade-Sweeper-Life Orb Terrible. Gallade was never good, the only good thing was to switch in on a flinch to gain a boost. Though able to take a hit, Electivire has more coverage and can put a much bigger dent into an enemy team.

Dusknoir-Tank-Left Overs Er, Donphan and Dusknoir? Quite low health for both of them. I recommend Cresselia or Cleric Bliss

What if I replace Gallade for a Cleric and change Alakzam to a sweeper?

First off you need to post EV spreads and natures. Second clerics seem like a good idea but in reality all you are really doing is giving your opponent a free turn to set up. You also have to many pokemon with sweeper characteristics. Your team could do with another wall. Or you could make donphan your physical wall and dusknoir your special wall.

this team lacks a special sweeper, and is actually pretty weak to starmie :| also, i think you should post evs and natures if they were evD. If not, lessen the physical sweepers, add a special sweeper OR fix alakazam, and add a special tank

BTW, i think a salamence with wish is illegal, since its impossible to learn it, unless its a hack, OR it is legal, IF its a rrrrreeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyyyy rare event. Wish on a mence doesnt really sound nice to me :|

EDIT: oooppss!! my bad, wish IS legal, but only through an event, BUT, wish on something with less than average defenses, and an average hp, doesnt really appeal to me, but it could surprise
