I have been working on this team for a while now and I think that I have finally come up with a great version of it. This team has been amazing for me. It takes down OU teams with ease (10-2 so far) and has really been alot of fun to play with. It doesn't rely on setting up Stealth Rock or any of those other moves that deal residual damage (Steelix does have Stealth Rock but I finish most games without using it once). So anyways... Here's the team.
At a glance:

Varisha
Medicham @ Choice Scarf
Jolly : Pure Power
252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
- Hi Jump Kick
- Psycho Cut
- ThunderPunch
- Ice Punch
Medicham isn't your standard lead. She comes in and puts a dent in, and often KO's, other lead pokemon. She has an attack of 438 ( with Pure Power). This allows her to hit VERY hard and her moveset allows her to hit a wide range of lead pokemon for super effective damage. Her speed is a very nice 426 with scarf which allows her to outspeed most common leads. Medicham also serves as my revenge killer for later on in the game, a role that she fills very well with 400 + attack and speed.

UdayNarr
Arcanine @ Choice Band
Adamant : Flash Fire
252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
- Flare Blitz
- Iron Tail
- Extreme Speed
- Thunder Fang
Arcanine serves as my physical sweeper. I choose to go with Flash Fire over intimidate so that I can cover my fire weaknesses (cacturne & steelix). He also can fill the role of revenge killer of sorts with Extreme speed in the absence of medicham and cacturne.

ShadabAfya
Cacturne @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Adamant : Sand Veil
252 HP, 252 Atk, 6 Speed
- Sucker Punch
- Focus Punch
- Leech Seed
- Substitute
Basically cacturne covers medichams psychic weakness and also serves as a subseeder. I'm unsure of which item to use. Life orb means STAB sucker punch does that much more but leftovers increases survivability. Right now I am still testing this out but life orb has proven to be a bit more effective as leech seed can provide me with life gain.

Haajar
Steelix @ Leftovers
Impish : Rock Head
252 HP, 160 Def, 60 Sp. Def, 38 Atk
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Toxic
This spread is really nice. It gives steelix the ability to shrug off physical attacks with his very impressive 523 defense stat but it also allows steelix to survive weaker special attacks. The Atk EV's power up his attack to a respectable 215 which make his STAB earthquake even stronger. Steelx has an uncanny knack to force switches so toxic and stealth rock are there to poison incoming pokemon or helps take care of annoying focus sashers respectively. Steelix also covers my electric weakness (lapras) and prevents people from t-waving my pokes.
AfyaBisma
Gengar @ Wide Lens
Timid : Levitate
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Hypnosis
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
Pretty standard gengar set up right here. Gengar replaces the mismagius that I had because mismagius just does not fill in the gap very well. Gengar helps to cover my ground weakness (steelix & arcanine) with levitate. She also helps support the team by rendering pokemon that the rest of my team cannot handle with hypnosis. She also fills the role of special sweeper.

JasimZarqa
Lapras @ Leftovers
Calm : Water Absorb
252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 6 Sp.Atk
- Surf
- Confuse Ray
- Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
Lapras is a pretty unique water pokemon. It is one of the few water pokemon that can use thunderbolt which allows it to complete the boltbeam combo which can be very powerful with stab ice beam. Lapras fills the role of special wall / tank and also covers my water weakness (steelix, arcanine) with water absorb. The point of this set is to try confuse the opposing pokemon and then go to town with t-bolt and stab surf / ice beam. Lapras is just a beast with an HP of 464 and shrugs off most attacks, both special and physical, with ease.
