I'm not a huge Nidoking fan. I used to love him so I trained one and brought it on wifi and he wasn't so great. He is better suited for the lower tiers.

Oh yeah, definitely you should give Gengar a shot, the main reason I did consider Weavile was to cut down on weaknesses. Other then that, it's not totally necessary.
And as for Roar, I did put that into consideration, and it is still totally viable, but most of what would attempt that would most possibly be KOd by Swampert. Albeit bulky Pokémon and bulky-sets won't be taken out. Just something to be considered for more damage.
Also, I need to keep that in mind, predicted Roars on switches. Since that's never how I use it, I keep forgetting to put that into consideration.
@ Sumeet; Totally, Nidoking would push this team into, not only the pinnacle of pink, but the pinnacle of cool. But alas, it'll add more weaknesses then it's safe to posses. you then have seven types that hit for Super Effective damage, Ice x 3 - Electric x 1 - Ghost x 2 - Dark x 2 - Psychic x 3 - Grass x 2 - Water x 2.
While (depending on what on what you take out) you lose an electric weakness, you gain a water, ice and psychic. It could be used for a sweeper, the overall weaknesses gained isn't too appealing.
Though that by no means takes away the coolness that is Nidoking.

That goes without saying, naturally.
Anyway, back on topic, overall, pretty solid team.

Weavile • Life Orb
Nature • Jolly
EVs, HP-6, Attack-252, Speed-252.
Moves,
• Taunt
• Night Slash
• Ice Punch
• Brick Break
The main reason, is it gets rid of the second weaknesses from Ghost, Dark, Psychic and Ice. Though, what gained (in a bad way) is a Fighting, Rock, Bug and Fire weakness. The good thing, is that three others resist fighting (not counting Crobat), two others resist Fire, one other resists Rock and lastly, two others resist the not so common Bug type.
It keeps Taunt if you want it, other wise you can replace that for something else. Substitute could be a novel idea, since they might switch out of fright, in that case Leftovers could be used. Anyway, also the main reason for this, is the general idea of having a Physical Sweeper that relies and requires on a Baton Pass to to sweep, doesn't appeal to me due to it not being so reliable in the clutch.
In that case, for Gengar you could keep one part of the old one...
Gengar • Wide Lens
Nature • Naive/Hasty
EVs, Attack-200, Sp.Atk-56, Speed-252.
Moves,
• Hypnosis
• Shadow Claw
• Thunder/Thunder Punch/Focus Blast/Brick Break
• Ice Punch
You can still choose to keep it all physical, and in that case, change the EV around. Likewise with making it all special. I don't mention T.bolt because that's in a weird sketchy void, since it's Sp.Atk is so much lower then normal, that all power would be welcome.
Now, if you feel this over all breaks the synergy and strategy of your original team, you don't have to change it. While the changes somewhat help, they aren't totally necessary.
p.s. Plus, Weavile has purple (non-shiny) though not the majority of it is, or shiny where most of it is Pink.

Either way, they're both have Purple/Pink. Though, I suppose the Shiny one is more Pink, which would be more appropriate for a Breast Cancer awareness team.

Schnap! I suppose that's a wise decision.
