Put the rest of the Speed EVs into Def. Gyro Ball takes into account the users speed as well, so the slower you are, the more damage it does.

You might want to switch Tri Attack for a different move then if Hyper Beam is good. Just a thought though. Btw, what's Porygon Z's ability? It seems like Adaptability would work better than download.

I can't help but hate on Heracross. As good and powerful as it is, a single flying attack cripples it to nothingness, and there are plenty of good and powerful Flying type attacks that some people carry (namely Aerial Ace and Brave Bird).

Nice. You might want to switch Life Orb for Choice Specs. With Draco Meteor, you're going to have to switch out in order to make sure Fire Blast hits hard.

Not bad. Throw in an attack though, and ditch Baton Pass for it (like Crunch). Reason is because it has nothing to Baton Pass to (Wish works already on any pokemon on your side), and if it gets Taunted, then Umbreon isn't going to last much longer unless you switch.

You might want to have Life Orb, that way Pain Split makes it all more worthwhile since you'll get your life down lower quicker and be able to Pain Split away the damage.

Pretty good team. A couple flaws here and there, but not too bad.
