Animated GIFs

Sometimes I want to use an animated GIF for my avatar, but I can't use it. It always says the remote file is too large. Is there a certain amount of frames that this site allows or something?

Well is the image actually to large.

If not, maybe it's weird file type not allowed here. Other then that, I have no idea why.

No, I even tried adding a gif that was smaller than 100x100 and it still didn't come up.

I'm pretty sure it's the amount of frames but idk.

I just don't see how the amount of frames will effect it.

I think I deleted it, and I don't remember what I used. It was in my flash drive and I cleared all the memory on it because I needed it for a bunch of crap for school.

And what I mean is that there are too many frames in the GIF and that could be the reason why the "file is too large". Like, if I added a GIF with 282 frames, I doubt they will let me upload it.

Upload to PhotoBucket, and it'll say how big it is. It sucked for me when I made my own custom Avatar, and it was too big. I think the max is 200 KB

There has got to be a way to make it work, if the image itself is within the limit.

Upload the original on Photobucket/Imageshack and I'll see if it's possible to fit it in if you want.
