[SOLVED] Form a hello/goodbye forum?

I've noticed a lot of people are leaving, so why don't we add on to the introductory forum?

Well, it's not a bad idea, but flamming and other situations like spamming would probably come up with the threads though. I think we should just stick to blogs.

This has come up before. There isn't a goodbye forum simply because we don't want our members to leave xD. I could also see members taking advantage of something like that to grab some attention. Blogs work just fine for saying goodbye. All the people that really care will go to your blog and read it; no need to make a thread about it.

Sorry, couldn't resist. Anyways, the main reason is that leaving should just be kept in you blog, since people come and go all the time. Plus, not everyone has to know about your leaving; if it's in the blog most likely only your friends, i.e. people who care, will see and that's everyone who really needs to know.
