Theres no option in my profile to add me, I wouldnt have noticed if it wasnt pointed out to me. I checked other profiles and its aparently just mine.

First, go to your User CP. Click "Buddy / Ignore Lists" under Miscellaneous. Then, just add your username. OR the person you want to add to your Buddy List.
Mr. Person had the same problem. (you can see his thread like a couple below yours) Rolcol found the problem which is you have this "td.vbmenu_control { display: none }" in your coding, and all you have to do is remove it and it should be back to normal.
