Infractions FAQ added

I added FAQs for infractions last week, as lots of people were unsure how these work. To view the FAQs, go here:

It should be noted that (at least for me) there's an empty bullet at the bottom of the infractions FAQ where the 'Objectional Behaviour' points are listed. I dunno if you just forgot to fill it in or if it was a mistake, but I thought I'd let you know.

Yeah, its missing for me too.

Objectional behaviour? What on earth? I do not see it and haven't listed or intended to list anything like it. Please explain.

I work at a wii site runed by vbullitin how can I make infractions perma and I can't really found out how to ban ip's I need to know, alot of advertise bot's pop up and they come from diffrent ppl, but some have the same ip?? if talk vbullitin is to much for anybuddy to give me a layout of those problems? please:rofl:
