Announcement on Signature limits

Make the text in your sig smaller and you should just about get away with it ;)

Signatures should be to let people know where your posts are on a page. All these licenses, friend codes, etc. can all be put in your profile. We ‘re not supposed to be impressed by how much info you have in your sig, we’re supposed to be impressed by your posts.

To view what people have posted, you go onto their profile and click on 'show all statics'. Signatures can be mini galleries for self created art or a way to show off your game skills.

You may have anything appropriate in your signature. The only thing you need to watch is the size. A while before you joined, we didn't even have to worry about that.

You misunderstood my comment. We're not supposed to be impressed by their post counts, percentages, etc. We're supposed to be impressed by the content within their actual posts.

Signature space is just a way to identify you... we don't need signatures that end up being 10-times the length of peoples' posts. It's ridiculous.

By the way, anyone remember that Snowdog's post was a recap of one of John's old posts? So basically... this is a recap of a recap?

People cant complain about not being able to show off some imagery in their signature. Now that everyone has an album to use.

And i don't see the need for signatures the length of the page either.

A quick fix is to put this is your signature: 'Check out my other art work in my albums!'
