I've been playing ACWW for a while now, and I haven't gotten seeded. I've had a seeder in my town before, but it was obvious so I just turned the power off.
I was in a ton of hubs, and really it's just plain common sense.
You can pretty much know who a seeder is and who isn't. (Or maybe it was just that stupid megamushkid)
Just check their profile, join date, etc.
I dare a seeder to try and seed me.
