The Administrators have been answering many PM's and pages about changing forum names. The final ruling on this is the following:

Name changes will NOT be permitted unless the name:

• Breaks a forum rule (e.g. cursing, sexual reference or any other inappropriate content).

• Contains personal information the member doesn't wish to reveal (e.g. their name, location, etc).

• Is impractical (i.e. contains too many characters, accidentally used their email or friend code as their name, etc).

This rule applies to FC Staff and FC Moderators, as well as the rest of the community. If there are any questions about name changes, then feel free to contact me.

Because nearly all stuff gets their old name changed to a new one! I got a pager about something like that NAME CONFUSION

More then 30% of dupe accounts are cause they want their name changed arn't they?

So your saying if someone made a mistake i.e rushed and put a lower case instead of a Upper case letter u won'th change it, it's bad luck for them?

I don't see a problem with changing a lower case to an upper case, but it will only be done once. And it has to be reasonable, nothing random like "ChASinGu".
