Heya guys.

Just wanted to let you all know about the new 'Article Submission' section that can be found in the Art's area of the forum.

Basically, this is going to be used for the future FC Magazine that is currently in the works. This magazine is going to be written for the people of FC, by the people of FC which means both Staff and Regular Members alike will be able to post there submissions in this forum for writing team to look over.

There are a few rules for this forum, which are the following:

• In this forum you can see your threads only, and nobody elses.
• The forum isn't going to be used for general discussion, it is purely for the submission of articles for the magazine and other areas or writing.
• All threads that do not follow these rules will be immediatly deleted.

I will post in the Announcements area (this forum your in now) more information on the Magazine when it is further to being released. Also note that I am going to be looking for a permanent team of writers to help me make the articles for this magazine.

There will also be an option for people who want to write the one off's, in which case they can choose from a set list each month and write an article to be checked and see whether it can make that MAgazine Edition.

So keep your ears open and get your pens/fingers ready.

Ok guys. Looks like I'm ready to start hiring some writers.

So, I want a team of at least 4 people who are willing to write articles every month for the magazine. Of course, you will be credited for your work in the magazine, but you'll be doing it completely free, this won't get you any extrea perks on the site or anything.

If you are interested, then please do the following:

I would like you to write a piece on your favourite game. It can be old, recent, whatever, and doesn't have to be on a Nintendo Console, just write about your most favourite game.

In the piece, please look out for the follwing:

• Spelling and Grammar
• Creativity
• List both good AND bad points about the game
• Add your own, unique, personal flare to it

Please post this is the 'Article Submission' Forum. I will go over each application and determine which one I like the most. The 4 best will be chosen for the Magazine writing team. This is open for both members and staff members.

The deadline for all submissions is by Sunday 15th June 2008.

Wait like a real magazine that we can subscribe to and they mail it to us? Or just like an online magazine? And do the submissions all have to be about wi-fi games? Or can it be non wi-fi and other game systems too?

I dunno if I'm going to be able to set up a subsricption, but the idea is that it will be a magazine, yes, with a front cover and all. It will be Nintendo Based, but also have sections for general gaming and other systems.

If you apply to be a permanent writer, then obviously alot of dedication from you will be needed, and being Editor I will assign you something to write about each month.

If you are a one off writer, then there will be a list of topics that you can choose from for that month to write about. Whether the permanent writers can choose from this list as well is something I'm still thinking about.

I'm sure, theres still tonnes of stuff that needs to be done, so don't expect it very soonish. Although if you have any ideas, I'd be more then glad to here them. As I said, it's writen for you, so you should get a say in what goes on inside.
