well the pikachu on brawl is ashes who has confirmed to be male even check pikachu it proves he is male and pokemon trainer or ash's pokemon are all male they confirmed lucario on this game as male and jigglypuff is female by all the clothes and alternate costumes

Who said it was Ash's? Also, how the hell did you confirm a Pokémon as male/female? Jigglypuff could be a guy, as none of her alternate costumes are specifically only for women. The flower is the closest thing, and guys wear that in Hawaii.
