16 Teams Doubles Tourney

This will be a 32 person, 16 teams tournament. Meaning, you must post with a teammate. You cannot acquire a teammate after you post, get one beforehand. Makes things quicker, more oganized, and overall, easier. To join, you must post with this form, if you don't you will not be allowed to participate and I will ask you to edit your post using the form.

Here are the rules, read them. If these are broken and you are caught, you will be disqualified. The neutral stages will be in italicized, bold, text.

1. No items
2. Allowed stages are as follows

3. Matches will be best 2 out of 3
4. Finals and semi-finals will be best 3 of 5
5. If you don't contact your opposing team or don't brawl them, you will be disqualified
6. If neither team contacts each other or brawls, both will be disqualified
7. If a team cannot participate before or at the deadline, they may brawl later, up to 3 days past the deadline
8. No hacking, I will allow some lee-way though, such as unlimited time for replays
9. No lieing
10. Team attack must be on
11. No stage can be picked more than once by a team
12. A 12 minute time limit is optional
13. If your using a time limit, the winner is determined by stock then percentage
14. No stalling, running and hiding for more than 1 minute will count as stalling
15. Matches will be played with 4 stock
16. The first stage is a neatral stage agreed upon by both teams, the losers will choose next
17. Each team can ban one stage before their match
18. No glitching in any way
19. Share stock is allowed
20. There will be no banned characters

If you claim your opposing team broke any of these rules, you must back up your claim with a confession from the other team, a replay, screenshot, or a video. In addition, if the lag in a match becomes unbearable, for instance, bad frame rate drops for longer than 2 minutes, then you may quit the match and try again later.

I'm also going to ask you to try to have a good connection. With four people playing in the same match, it'll be real easy to get bad lag. Try to improve your connection before your match so to have minimal lag. If you need some tips on how to do so, please ask, me and biolink will be happy to help.
