it will be a 2v2 battle with the following rules:
* battles 2 out 3 of 4 stocks each
* no items
* final destination, pokemon stadium and battlefield are avaliable

organization:
* 8 teams needed
(if many interesed it can be 16 teams)
*4 battles in 1rst round
*2 battles in 2nd round
*1 final battle
