Jab First hit does 2%, second does 4%
Mewtwo thrusts out his palm, emitting a sort of psychic force about half a body-width away, then lashes his tail out. This will have only a slight set knockback, allowing set-ups for combos.
Up Tilt 6%
Mewtwo will swing his arm out from in front of him backwards above his head in a circular motion.
Forward Tilt 8%
Mewtwo will spin around, swinging his tail the entire length of it in front of him, and about a third of the length of his tail behind him.
Down Tilt 5%
Mewtwo shoots a bit of psychic energy down in front of him, sort of like Samus's D-Tilt.
Up Smash 18%, 27%
Mewtwo uses his tail to propel himself upward, emitting a slight psychic aura.
Forward Smash 18%, 25%
Mewtwo leans forward forward and thrusts both palms out, getting extra range with his tail, like Ivysaur's FSmash.
Down Smash 13%, 22%
Mewtwo jumps up and surges a huge psychic power through the ground.
Neutral Air 10%
Mewtwo does a front flip with his tail emitting a psychic aura.
Up Air 7%, 11% tipped
Mewtwo turns up-side down and flicks his tail upward.
Forward Air First few frames are 6%, meteor frames are 16%
Mewtwo's head swings forward, getting slightly larger and acts like Ganon's FAir in that the later frames act as a meteor. The animation will be slightly like Donkey Kong's forward B.
Back Air First few frames are 13%, last few are 8%
Mewtwo's body turns completely horizontal and erect, with his entire body acting as a hitbox.
Down Air 6%, 10% if tipped
Mewtwo's tail swings out from in front of him behind him in a circular motion, with the tip of the tail being a meteor.
Neutral Special 5%, 24% fully charged
Mewtwo's awesome Shadow Ball. It charges up and moves in a weaving fashion when fired.
Up Special 0%
His completely bad ass Teleport. Will go three body lengths in any direction.
Forward Special 8%, reflected projectiles do 50% the normal damage
Mewtwo will swipe his hand in front of him. This will have two functions. The first will knock back any projectile for about a half-second duration. The second will grab opponents if they are within range, and throw them in a way like Ness's back throw, except in any direction inputted.
Down Special 3%
Will disable any opponent in range, making them act like their shield had just broke.
Grab 0%
Mewtwo has an awesome grab range due to his psychic powers.
Grab Hit 2%
Mewtwo will swiftly hit the opponent with his psychic abilities.
Up Throw 8%
Mewtwo throws them slightly up and thrusts his fist into the opponent.
Forward Throw 10%
Mewtwo makes the opponent twirl twice then hurls them in a 45 degree angle forward.
Back Throw 10%
Same as forward throw, but backwards :o!
Down Throw 5%
Mewtwo throws the opponent completely downward, popping them up at a 90 degree angle.
NOTE: Mewtwo's tail moves sweetspot at the tip of the tail.
