and also is R.O.B better used as a aerial or ground char?

N-air. The ending lag of it still does damage to the edgehogger, or use lazer/gyord.

Like Sailing said, you can use either N-air, or B-air. The reason I use B-air is because you move toward the opponent when executed. Therefore, making the opponent fly against the stage and fall to his doom.
