Speed Up Wi-Fi Connection (Brawl Too!) - Page 9

I just tried what you said, it sped up Brawl but not enough to make online play enjoyable...

Hmm I just tried it, and when I tested my connection there was a ERROR.

I don't know why it's not working for me! Someone help!!?!?!

I can't really help much without working with your wii but make sure that you entered the numbers correctly, if so then make sure you put them in the DNS section of the settings screen and no the IP address or some other box. If this doesn't work check to make sure that all your settings are how you want them, for example all of mine are auto-obtain except for the DNS.

If this still isn't working delete the connection and create a new one, it could just be that your router is malfunctioning, your internet is going slow due to someone else streaming video, or you just changed a few too many things.

Also the server could just be down, this is a definate possibility when using someone elses DNS server.

When I follow the steps there are 3 boxes at the end.

One says IP Address and other two say something I forget.

Anyway I didn't do anything to the IP address, and filled the other two boxes with the numbers.

Am I doing something wrong?

I don't think so, again I can't see what your doing so theres not way for me to tell for sure... did you remember to put the periods in the DNS server?

...your connection doesn't make brawl lag..its brawl's server. ._.
