i like how the brawl noobs said melee was all fox matches, but now brawl is all metaknight.

On topic: i dont think it can really evolve more. There were so many things taken out of melee, that didnt even need to be taken out. im not talking about all the advanced techs.

Melee had momentum, where brawl doesnt. Running and jumping in brawl, is the same as just regular jumping and choosing a direction.

Light shielding was taken out. What harm did that do. Edge guarding was pretty much taken out, due to auto sweet spot.

Peaches second jump was taken out. dont even try to say she does have a second jump. its so sh***y, they might as well of taken out her first jump and only give her UP-B.

freakin young link was taken out. my main before marth (who is now above falco. woot)

the least brawl could of done is add taunt canceling. yeah melee didnt have it either, but melee owns. so its alright.

If you believe that edgeguarding was taken out, then you need to learn how to play Brawl.

Brawl just has a far less tweakable engine than Melee did. As a result, there's less originality in play styles.

Even there is Wi-Fi on the game, there shouldn't be any evolved games to play, when there is a new Super Smash Bros. games, they would forget brawl and play a different Wi-Fi game, leaving Brawl while someone play Brawl alone is no fun at all, many people would leave that game to make it no sense why it need Wi-Fi on this game to communicate.

obviously youve never seen peaches second jump.

I really feel I've seen it all with every character. They all use the same approaches at one point in the match. Ditto's or "Mirrors" (as some of you Brawl noobs like to call 'em.) are irrelevant.
This could be just another angry rant from a guy who praises Melee's overall supremacy in the competitive field...or maybe something more.
I mean really think about it and tell me you don't think you've seen all there is to Brawl.
Because Melee is still evolving even today.

The only possible thing I can find evolving in Brawl is tricks to lure people into your attacks... or one's prediction and anticipation. Other than that, is there really any more to speculate? Possibly, when? Iono...

Sure theres DACUS'ing but seriously, good luck trying to successfully chain it into a combo...
