Someone prove me wrong. - 11-03-08

Ok it's been 7 months and I could of just added this to my "What do you think Brawl has become..." thread but this subject will definitely lead off into a whole new argument.
DO you guys REALLY believe Brawl will evolve at all?
I mean I love it when all these kids come up to me and say GG's how's my ________?
It's the same as the LAST _____________ I played a few days ago.
Playstyles are not different at all.
It's all the same ••••.
I really feel I've seen it all with every character. They all use the same approaches at one point in the match. Ditto's or "Mirrors" (as some of you Brawl noobs like to call 'em.) are irrelevant.
This could be just another angry rant from a guy who praises Melee's overall supremacy in the competitive field...or maybe something more.
I mean really think about it and tell me you don't think you've seen all there is to Brawl.
Because Melee is still evolving even today.

To be honest, I think that brawl will evolve as time passes. I mean come on, it hasn't even been out for a year yet. People just need to give it time. Sooner or later people will release how it was back then and compare it to now in the future.

I dont think so. Brawl isnt as Broken as Melee was but then again someone could find something new. But if they did i wouldnt think it would be enough to change things around.

Only way i think the game is going to evolve at all is by hacking the game. Like poeple have already started doing to get things like wave dashing.

But who knows with time something could pop up that makes everyone freak. Im not going to get my hopes up though xP.

Sakurai doesn't believe the fact that not everyone is a casual player, so Brawl might not develop as much as we thought initially. Though, Wi-Fi is pretty much the only reason why Brawl will be going on - it gives people to communicate with others.

its definitly evolving. just cuz nubs on FC play the same doesnt mean brawl has stopped lol. i mean sure many "high tiers" play very similar but a new technique is invented like every day around the world. think about japan dude, prolly waaaaay more evolved. i think evryone plays different

If something game-breaking came out in Japan, we'd know about it.

Exactly.
Japan's Melee scene wasn't as big as it was here in the states...or even in Europe.
So I'm pretty sure they wont be the first to find anything. We would of found something in Brawl because thanks to 64 & Melee we KNOW what to look for.

I'm pretty sure we'd be on the same level.

I dont think the subject is on play styles exactly rather than new AT's. But no i wouldnt class Japanese Brawlers any higher than American or Euro Brawlers.
