I think the bottom tier guy is bottom because... he doesn't exist? Kirby is bottom of the A tier, that's cool. Not too popular, yet not too bad.

Ups for Sonic... I'm happy for that, I use to despise the blue hedgehog the most, but once you land a Uair -> Up+B -> Uair.... It just feels sooooooooooooo good.

EDIT: Broken's a usable term. Snake and Meta Knight have huge advantages that shouldn't exist. Like the above, Snake apparently kicks someone from a few yards away when the leg rises vertically with no horizontal distance.
